Refund and Return Policy

At Gypsey Rose, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund in accordance with the policy below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days of purchase.

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or alteration.

• All original labels and tags must be attached to the garment.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.


2. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

• Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.


3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.


4. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• For hygiene reasons, accessories and undergarments (if applicable) cannot be returned or exchanged.


5. Return Process

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@gypseyrose.co.za with your order number and item details.

• Items must be returned to the address provided by our customer care team.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
